Cause analysis and prevention of frozen red blood cell scrap

目的探讨肇庆市中心血站2012年1月~2016年12月冰冻红细胞报废的原因,寻找减少血液报废的途径,在确保血液安全的基础上避免血液资源浪费。方法对本站2012年1月~2016年12月冰冻红细胞报废的原因进行统计、分析。结果 2012年1月~2016年12月制备冰冻红细胞共288.5U,报废总量为23.5U,报废率8%,其中离心破损14U,占60%,其次热合口裂开8.5U,占36%,其它原因报废1U,占4%。结论保证血袋质量,改进工作方法,在制备冰冻红细胞时能严格按照标准操作规程进行工作,热合管道时热合两道,并在末端热合口管道上夹一个止流夹,能有效地减少冰冻红细胞离心破损和贮存时热合口裂开,降低冰冻红细胞破损的报废率。

Objective To explore the cause of frozen red blood cell scrap in Zhaoqing central blood station from January 2012 to December2016,and to look for ways to reduce blood loss.On the basis of ensuring the safety of blood,to avoid waste of blood resources. Methods The cause of frozen red blood cell scrap from January 2012 to December 2016 were carried on Statistics and analysis. Results In January 2012 to December 2016,prepared frozen red blood cell was total 288.5U,total scrap was 23.5U,scrap rate of 8%,and second,the heat mouth split was 8.5U,accounting for 36%,other reasons scrapped 1U, accounting for 4%. Conclusion Ensuring the quality of blood bags,improving working methods,working in strict accordance with standard operating procedures for the preparation of frozen red blood cells,heating sealing pipeline two,clamping on the end heat sealing pipe can effectively reduce the damage of frozen red blood cells and the opening of the heat seal mouth during storage,and reduce the damage rate of frozen red blood cells.
