摘要 [目的]获得一种较好的杉木组培苗移栽方式,降低杉木组培苗生产成本。[方法]以广西杉木种子园混系的组培继代瓶苗为试验材料,研究不同浓度(0、600、800、1 000 mg/L)ABT1#生根剂对杉木无根组培苗瓶外生根及移栽成活率的影响;在同一浓度ABT1#生根剂处理下,研究不同移栽基质对杉木无根组培苗瓶外生根及移栽成活率的影响。[结果]随着生根剂浓度的升高,生根率和平均根系数逐步增大,在该浓度范围内可安全使用;当ABT1#生根剂浓度设定为800 mg/L时,最适合杉木组培苗瓶外生根的移栽基质是黄泥。[结论]该研究可为杉木无性系苗的市场化应用提供科学依据。 [ Objective ] In order to obtain a better transplanting method of tissue culture seedlings Of Cunninghamia Iancealata, and reduce the production cost of tissue culture seedlings of Cunninghamia lanceolata. [ Method ] Taking the tissue culture form Guangxi fir seed orchard as test material, the effects of different concentrations (0,600,800,1 000 mg/L) of ABT1 # rooting agents on the survival rate of rooting and transplan-ting of rootless shoots of Cunninghamia lanceolata was studied, and the effects of different transplanting substrates on rooting of roots and the survival rate of transplanting under the conditions of the same concentration of ABTI # rooting agent was studied. [ Result ] The results showed that the rooting rate and average root coefficient were increased with the increase of the concentration of rooting agent, in the concen- tration range can be safely used. When the concentration of ABT1 # rooting agent was set to 800 mg/L, the transplanting substrate suitable for rooting of Cunninghamia lanceolata tissue culture seedlings was yellow mud. [Conclusion]The study can provide scientific basis for the market application of Cunninghamia lanceolata clones seedling.
