贵州省毕水兴资源富集区农业非均衡增长研究

Non-balanced Growth of Agriculture in Bijie-Liupanshui-Xingyi Resource-rich Zone of Guizhou Province

根据贵州省、毕节市、六盘水市、黔西南州面板数据,分析了贵州省毕水兴资源富集区总体情况和农业发展基本情况;运用经济非均衡增长理论,从第一产业人均增加值、人均农产品产量、人均可支配收入3个方面研究了该区域存在的非均衡增长现象。基于经济、产业、改革、条件等基础层面分析了非均衡增长现象的成因,有针对性地提出了强化区域性农业产业分工与协同、强化区域性农村改革新模式的系统研究、强化区域性农业产业转型与创新发展等对策建议。

Based on the panel data of Guizhou, Bijie, Liupanshui and Qianxinan,the overall situation and the basic situation of agricultural development in Bijie-Liupanshui-Xingyi resource-rich area of Guizhou Province were analyzed; using the theory of economic disequilibrium growth, the disequilibrium growth phenomenon in this reg/on was studied from three aspects ： the per capita added value of the primary indus- try, the per capita agricultural output and the per capita disposable income. Based on the economic, industrial, reform, conditions and other basic aspects, the causes of non-equilibrium growth were analyzed. The paper put forward some suggestions on how to strengthen the division and coordination of regional agricultural industry, strengthen the new model of regional rural reform, and strengthen the.transformation and renovation of regional agricultural industry in the light of the research findings.
