IDO在生殖免疫中的研究进展

摘要 吲哚胺2,3-双加氧酶(IDO)是一种免疫调节酶,是肝脏以外唯一存在的可催化色氨酸分子中吲哚环氧化裂解,从而沿犬尿酸途径进行分解代谢的限速酶。IDO1是妊娠免疫耐受的重要机制之一,参与母胎免疫的调节。新近发现的ID02在母胎免疫中也发挥重要作用。同时,IDO1、ID02的表达异常似乎也与男性不育关系密切。 Indoleamine 2, 3-dioxygenase (IDO) is a kind of immune regulation enzyme. IDO is the only rate-limiting enzyme that can catalyze the oxidative elearage of indole ring in tryptophan and its ca- tabolism along the kynurenine pathway. IDOl is one of the important mechanisms in maternal immune toler- ance, which participates in the regulation of maternal-fetal immune relationship. The newly discovered ID02 also plays an important role in this relationship. The abnormal expression of ID02 is associated with the male infertility.
