摘要
针对某SUV车内低频轰鸣大的问题,通过实际路试测试分析、整车声腔模态分析及CAE分析等方法进行问题排查,判断该低频轰鸣是由于进气系统声模态与车内声腔模态耦合所致。通过采取空气滤清器上壳体加插入管的方案,来改变进气系统的声模态,从而避开耦合频率。改进后的实车经验证表明,车内噪声降低0~5 dB,有效地控制了车内轰鸣声。该方法对进气系统引起车内噪声问题排查提供了新的思路。
Focused on an SUV interior with low frequency boom noise, we investigated the reason of boom noise by road test method, modal analysis of whole vehicle acoustic cavity and CAE method, it is confirmed that this problem was induced by intake system acoustic modal, which was coupled with interior acoustic cavity modal. By taking insert-pipe in upper shell of air filter, changing the acoustic modal of intake system, and then avoiding couple frequency. With the improvement measures, the SUV interior noise was reduced by 0-5dB, finally the boom noise is controlled effectively, This method provided a new idea for SUV interior with low frequency booming noise trouble shooting.
