发动机防盗系统导致电磁兼容问题的解决办法

摘要 车载电子控制单元(ECU)必须符合相应的电磁兼容(EMC)标准,而在某车身控制模块(BCM)的EMC测试中出现沿电源线传导(CE)超标的现象。通过试验发现是由于发动机防盗锁止(IMMO)系统需要将线圈电路调整到谐振状态从而产生强ASK信号导致。针对此强干扰信号,提出采用增加比标准电路更大的退耦电容和软件必须在KL15有效情况下发起有限次数的认证的2项措施。通过这2项措施该BCM最终得以达到EMC标准的要求,从而证实了这2项措施的有效性。 Although vehicle ECU (Electronic Control Unit) must be up to the standard of EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility), in the EMC test of BCM (Body Control Unit), the value of CE (Conducted emissions from components/modules) is over the threshold, which is caused by a high amplitude of ASK signal produced when Immobilizer (IMMO) system adjusts the circuit to resonance status according to later experiments. To address the problem, the following two measures are suggested, including the designer increases the decoupling capacitors to higher than those in standard circuits, the system launches a limited number of authentications only when KL15 is effective. Finally, BCM meets the requirements of EMC by implementing these twomeasures.
