摘要
为了解决电动汽车尾门在关闭过程中电撑杆-车身安装点变形过大的问题,文章根据设计生产中的实际案例,用测力计测量出关闭尾门时需要施加的力值,并结合有限元分析方法,应用ABAQUS软件建模模拟实际状态进行仿真分析。通过对仿真结果的分析和总结,对尾门电撑杆-车身安装点处相关零件的结构进行了优化,有效地解决了电撑杆-车身安装点变形过大的问题,为后续车型的设计开发提供了参考。
In order to solve the large deformation problem of vehicle power lift gate's poles-body installation point when closing the lift gate, based on the actual design and production, dynamometer is used to measure the applied force value when closing the lift gate, ABAQUS model is applied to simulate the actual situation combined with the finite element analysis method. According to the analysis and simulation, the related parts structure of the poles-body installation point is optimized, the large deformation problem of vehicle power lift gate's poles-body installation point is settled effectively, providing some references for the vehicle design and development.
