摘要
为了使汽车空调制冷性能更贴近客户的实际使用需求,在J.D.Power新车质量调研(IQS)中客户反馈情况的基础上,结合26款市场主流车型与某企业在开发阶段的试验测试方法,分析客户的满意度指标,以及汽车空调在吹面模式下的出风温度和客户感受到的呼吸点温度与新车满意度之间的联系,总结得出一种将IQS所反映的主观数据转换成客观工程指标的方法。结果表明,汽车空调的出风温度对IQS中客户抱怨率具有显著影响,进一步得到在夏季高温环境下,客户满意度较高的汽车空调降温曲线,为汽车空调的实际工程应用提供参考。
In order to make the vehicle air conditioning refrigeration performance closer to customer demand, J. D. Power Car Initial Quality Survey (IQS) customer feedback was used to analyze customer satisfaction target and convert IQS subjective complaints data to objective engineering index by combining 26 mainstream vehicles and measuring method in an enterprise. A manner of transfer customer's subjective data to objective engineering index was provided. The results indicate that a significant factor to the customer complaint is the vent temperature of air conditioning, Furthermore, under the environment of high temperature in summer, a cooling-rate curve is inferred to satisfy customer. These conclusions provide the reference for the practical engineering application of automotive air conditioning.
