摘要
以闽早1号肉丝瓜(Luffa cylindrica L.)为供试材料,选用草炭、珍珠岩、蛭石、椰糠、河沙为育苗基质,在温室条件下,研究6种不同栽培基质对丝瓜幼苗生长和叶绿素荧光参数的影响。结果表明,当草炭∶椰糠=1∶1(体积比)时,丝瓜幼苗的壮苗指数、根冠比、生长函数(G值)、根系活力、超氧化物歧化酶活性、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量、叶绿素含量和叶绿素荧光参数均表现最佳,且丙二醛含量低于其他配方。综合考虑幼苗形态指标、相关生理指标及叶绿素荧光参数,认为草炭∶椰糠=1∶1是丝瓜育苗较适宜的基质。
The cultivar Min-Zao-1-Hao of towel gourd ( Luf fa cylindrica L . ) and five culture substrates (p e a t,perlite,vermiculite, coconut chaff,and river sand) were involved in a greenhouse study. The effects of six different combinations (CK ,M 1,M2,M3 , M4 ,and M5) of culture substrates on tow-el gourd seedling grow-th and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters were investigated. The re-sults showed that when the culture substrate was composed of equal volumes of peat and coconut chaff ( M4 ) , the best values of growth index,root/shoot ratio,G value,root activity, superoxide dismutase (SO D) activity, soluble sugar and protein contents, chlorophyll content,and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters were observed. In addition,the malondialdehyde ( MDA) content was lower than those grown on five other combinations of culture substrates. Based on the morphological and physiological indexes and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters,it was concluded that the M4 culture substrate combination,i .e . ,equal volumes of peat and co-conut chaff,was an optimum growth medium for towel gourd seedlings.
