摘要
开发模式的差异使得工业地产项目在整个开发周期存在很大的差别,是规划设计者需要明确的首要问题。结合中节能(成都)国际节能环保装备制作基地项目的规划设计实施方案,围绕工业地产开发模式之一的综合运作模式,对项目价值进行梳理,对产业规划和市场调查进行分析,提出地产产业化和人文化等设计策略。
The variety of development patterns bring about many differences during the entire development process of an industrial real estate project,which is the first issue to be considered for the planner.By discussing an implementation plan of the International Energy Conservation Environmental Protection Equipment Manufacturing Campus of CECEP in Chengdu,value assessment,industry programming and market research,based on integrated operation pattern was analyzed and the specific design strategies was proposed such as industrialization and humanization of the industrial real estate.
