摘要
基于全液压可视旋挖扩底灌注桩(AM工法扩底桩)抗压静载试验的数据建立数值分析模型,分析扩底抗压桩的竖向承载性状和影响因素。研究表明:AM工法扩底桩的抗压承载力要大于等直径桩的承载力。桩侧摩阻力随桩顶荷载的增大逐步发挥到最大值,桩身上部摩阻力发挥要早于下部摩阻力的发挥,下部摩阻力比上部摩阻力偏大,桩侧摩阻力发挥要早于扩孔部位端阻力的发挥。扩底抗压桩的承载力随桩长、桩径、扩孔直径、扩孔次数及桩身模量的增加而增大,但存在一个最佳值。
Based on a static loading test result of full hydraulic rotary and visible drilling bottom-enlarged casting pile(AM bottom-enlarged casting pile),a numerical analysis model was established,and the influencing factors and bearing behavior were analyzed.The results showed that the bearing capacity of the enlarged bottom pile was greater than that of the equal diameter pile.With the increase of load applied on the top of the pile,the shaft resistance of pile reached the maximum value.The shaft resistance of the upper pile operated before the lower body,but the shaft resistance of the lower was greater than the upper.The shaft resistance of pile operated earlier than the diameter enlarged part of the pile body.The results showed that the bearing capacity of bottom-enlarged casting piles increased with the increase of the pile length,pile diameter,enlarged diameter,the number of enlarging body and pile compression modulu,but there was an optimal value.
