喷射短切纤维聚合物材料的受拉性能及计算方法研究

摘要 为研究新型喷射短切纤维聚合物(FRP)加固材料的受拉力学性能及计算方法,对13组喷射FRP复合材料试件进行了受拉试验研究,分析其破坏模式、应力-应变及抗拉强度、弹性模量、断裂伸长率等主要力学性能指标,并对纤维种类、树脂种类、纤维体积率、纤维长度、复合材料厚度及试件切割方向等影响因素展开了研究。然后在试验基础上,建立了喷射FRP复合材料的抗拉强度理论计算模型,并与试验结果进行了对比。研究表明:喷射FRP材料的受拉性能受上述因素影响较大;所建计算模型可以较好地反映上述因素影响,计算出的各种喷射FRP材料的抗拉强度具有一定的安全裕度,可以用于实际工程的设计。 To study the tensile behavior and calculation method of sprayed FRP , 13 groups of spayed fiber reinforced polymer(FRP) specimens were tested through tensile experiments. The failure mode, stress-strain relationship, tensile strength, elastic modulus, elongation at break and other mechanical properties indexes were analyzed. The influence of fiber type, resin type, fiber volume fraction, fiber length, the thickness and cutting direction of the specimens and other factors on mechanical properties of sprayed FRP were studied. On the basis of experimental study, a theoretical calculation model of tensile strength of sprayed FRP was provided, and the calculation results were compared with the test results. The results showed that the tensile behavior was influenced obviously by the factors in the study and the proposed calculation model could consider the above factors reasonably, which could obtain an accurate result of tensile strength with a certain margin of safety.
