产CLA植物乳杆菌对小鼠肠道免疫屏障功能的影响 被引量:3

Effect of CLA producing Lactobacillus on gut immune function in mice

摘要 以环磷酰胺腹腔注射Balb/c小鼠造免疫低下模型,造模完成后用产CLA植物乳杆菌悬液灌胃治疗,来探讨产CLA植物乳杆菌对小鼠肠道免疫功能的影响。研究结果表明,小鼠肠道受损后,肠道黏膜的通透性增加,炎性细胞浸润程度高,黏膜抗氧化性下降,外周血细胞因子均发生不同程度的变化,以产CLA植物乳杆菌悬液灌服后,小鼠肠道黏膜通透性降低,炎性细胞浸润程度降低,黏膜抗氧化活性增加,肠黏膜SIg A水平上升;外周血IFN-γ和IL-10含量显著增加,IL-4含量下降,小鼠免疫球蛋白Ig M、Ig G水平上升,炎症信号因子NF-κB活性下降。结论:产CLA植物乳杆菌能够明显改善小鼠肠道的通透性,有助于恢复受损肠道黏膜上皮,抑制肠道炎症水平,调节肠道免疫功能。 To understand the role of probiotics in intestinal immune system, and discusses the influence of probiotics on the immune system, the Balb/c mice were made into low immune model by intraperitoneal injection of cyclophosphamide, after building model successfully, the mice were treated by gas gavage with CLA producing Lactobacillus. The trail was inspected the intestinal mucosal permeability, the level of MPO and SOD, analyzed some cytokines, immunoglobulins, and NF-κB. The results showed that when the intestinal was damaged in mice, the permeability of the intestinal mucosal and infiltration of inflammatory cell were increased, but the activity of MPO and SOD was decreased, peripheral cytokines were occurred different changes. When mice were gavaged at CLA producing Lactobacillus for 7 days, compared with the model group, the permeability of the intestinal mucosal and infiltration of inflammatory cell were decreased, the activity of antioxidant, the level of mucosa's SIg A, peripheral IFN-γ, IL-10 and Ig M, Ig G were increased, the level of IL-4 was decreased. NF-κB pathways were restrained. Conclusion: CLA producing Lactobacillus could improve the permeability, help to restore the damage and regulate the immune function of intestinal mucosal in mice.
