Determination of 13 dyes in foods by high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry coupled with gel permeation chromatography clean-up procedure

摘要 建立了液相色谱串联质谱法检测食品中13种染料,样品经提取后,采用凝胶色谱法净化后收集浓缩,以乙腈-0.1%甲酸溶液为流动相进行液相色谱梯度洗脱分离,质谱多反应监测模式进行检测。13种染料线性关系良好,相关系数R≥0.9989,其检出限为(0.05~3.65)ng/mL,样品在低、中、高3个加标浓度下,13种染料的回收率为75.2%~102.6%,相对标准偏差为2.25%~5.31%。结果表明该方法适用于食品中13种染料的检测,样品处理方法适用于各类食品,检测灵敏度高,可实现食品中违禁添加工业染料的快速测定。 A simultaneous detection method of 13 dyes in foods was developed using high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry. After the samples were extracted, purified by gel permeation chromatography and then concentrated. The sample solution was separated in liquid chromatography gradient elution with acetonitrile-0.1% formic acid solution as the mobile phase. 13 kinds of dyes had a good linear relationship with the correlation coefficient R≥0.9989. Detection limits were(0.05-3.65)ng/mL. In the low, medium and high three standard addition concentration, the samples average recoveries for 13 kinds of dyes were 75.2%-102.6%, and RSD of testing results were 2.25%-5.31%. The results indicated that the method developed was rapid and sensitive in determination of 13 dyes. The method could be applied to determine dyes in food.
