国标培养法与2种沙门氏菌的快速筛检方法的比较 被引量:3

摘要 目的:比较mini-VIDAS法、膜芯片2种快速筛检方法和国标培养法,评估2种快速筛检方法的效果和可操作性。方法:以鼠伤寒沙门氏菌为目标菌,针对3种筛检方法设计灵敏性、特异性、抗干扰性试验和人工污染试验。结果:国标培养法和mini-VIDAS法的灵敏性较好,miniVIDAS法和膜芯片法的特异性和抗干扰性较好,人工污染试验三者表现符合设计预期。结论:日常检验中可采用国标培养法和mini-VIDAS法进行筛检工作,应急任务可使用膜芯片法缩短筛检时间,mini-VIDAS法和膜芯片法是沙门氏菌快速筛检的可靠工具。 Objective: This study aimed to compare of three pre-detection methods for detection of Salmonella. Methods: Experiments were designed to test the sensitivity, specificity and anti interference test of these methods, artificially contaminated samples were tested and verified. Results: National standard and mini-VIDAS method with high sensitivity, mini-VIDAS and membrane-based array method with specificity and high anti-interference, artificially contaminate test was as expected. Conclusion: National standard and mini-VIDAS methods can be used for pre-detection in daily inspections, membrane-based array method could shorten the pre-detection time in emergency testing. Additionally, mini-VIDAS and membrane-based array are good tools for pre-detection of the Salmonella.
