面向航测遥感的信息化测绘生产体系的构建

Construction of the Informatization Surveying and Mapping Production System Oriented to Aerial Remote Sensing

目前,测绘生产部门正面临由数字化生产向信息化生产升级转变的关键时期,但仍然缺乏系统的信息化测绘生产体系构建模式以供参考。本文针对航测遥感生产,从单位发展总体规划的角度出发,通过对当前生产的现状分析、关键特征总结、存在问题梳理,从生产技术体系、生产管理体系、生产装备体系3个方面研究了面向航测遥感的信息化测绘生产体系构建的建设内容、关键技术、建设目标等,设计了信息化测绘生产体系的构建模式,提出了信息化测绘生产体系构建所需的系列方案指南、基础性标准规范、生产技术规程、核心技术装备等,为面向航测遥感的信息化测绘生产体系建设提供参考。

Currently, surveying and mapping production departments are facing a critical period that production mode has been upgraded from digitizatization to informatization. For the aerial photogrammetry and remote sensing production, this paper analyzed the current situation, summarized the key characteristics, combed the problems, analyzed and discussed the specific construction content and key technologies of information system for production from three aspects such as production technology system, production management system, production equipment system, designed the overall architecture of aerial photogrammetry and remote sensing information production system, and proposed series solutions guide, basic standard, production technology regulation, core equipment required to construct the information production bases. This paper provides a reference for the construction of information production bases oriented aerial photogrammetry and remote sensing.
