吸烟对老年人认知功能障碍的影响

Effects of smoking on cognitive impairment of elderly people

目的探讨吸烟对老年人认知功能的影响。方法采用判断抽样法,使用老年人多维度健康状况调查量表和简易社区痴呆筛查量表进行问卷调查,采用SPSS20.0软件对数据进行分析。结果调查的1 000例老年人中认知功能受损者103例(10.3%),不同性别、文化水平和居住地老年人吸烟率差异具有统计学意义;不同性别、文化程度和慢性病患病情况分层下,吸烟对老年人认知功的影响存在差异。结论吸烟是老年人认知功能减退的危险因素,且老年人吸烟与认知功能的关系受到性别、文化程度和慢性病患病情况的影响。

Objective To investigate the smoking and cognitive function of elderly people and explore the effects of smoking on the cognitive function.Methods 1 000 old people（ age≥60 years） were selected by judgement sampling method,the investigation was performed with elderly multi-dimensional health status questionnaire and the brief community screening instrument for dementia.Results 10.3% of the1 000 respondents were with the cognitive impairment,the prevalence of smoking was statistically significant in different gender education and domicile.The relationship of smoking status and cognitive function was statistically significant after controlling for gender education and chronic diseases status.Conclusions Smoking is a risk factor of cognitive impairment of old people,the relationship of smoking and cognitive function is under the influence of gender education and chronic diseases status.
