京津冀协同发展背景下景区供应链合作共赢模式研究

旅游供应链相关研究与实践已成为国内外的热点话题之一,并不断进行着结构性重组以适应新兴市场的需求。为应对区域旅游一体化和"互联网+"发展新趋势,本文构建了多景区为核心的跨区域旅游供应链合作共赢模式,以丰富旅游供应链研究的理论体系,且满足京津冀协同发展背景下的区域旅游合作实践需求。在分析京津冀旅游景区发展现状基础上,针对两市一省代表性旅游景区提出四个方面合作共赢建议:建立景区供应链战略联盟,以激励旅游企业协同竞争;引导景区供应商和中间商跨境联合,以整合推出多元旅游产品;强化政府对旅游供应链的监督管理,以形成健康、有序的竞争合作环境;共建大景区信息网络平台,以保障旅游供应链高效、稳定。

In order to cope with the new development trend of regional tourism integration and ＂Internet plus＂. This paper con- structs a multi - area tourism supply chain cooperation and win -win model, which is the core of the multi - scenic spots, so as to enrich the theoretical system of tourism supply chain,to enrich the theoretical system of tourism supply chain research, and meet the Beijing Tianjin Hebei coordinated development of regional tourism cooperation practice demand. On the basis of the analysis of the current situation of the development of Beijing, Tianjin and hebei scenic spots, and further proposed four aspects of cooperation and win - win pro- posal for a representative of the two cities and one province. The first one is establishing strategic alliances of tourist areas supply chain in order to encourage tourism enterprise collaborative competition; the second one is guiding scenic suppliers and brokers integrate cross -border in order to produce diversified tourism products; The third one is strengthening government supervision and management of the tourism supply chain in order to form a healthy and orderly competitive environment for cooperation; The forth one is building a large informa- tion network platform in order to protect the efficient and stable tourism supply chain.
