摘要
通过水性羟基丙烯酸二级分散体与低黏度疏水性多异氰酸酯和亲水性多异氰酸酯交联,制备客车用水性丙烯酸聚氨酯面漆,研究了低黏度疏水性多异氰酸酯与亲水性多异氰酸酯质量比、助溶剂种类、流变助剂、-NCO/-OH的物质的量比对漆膜性能的影响。严格按照施工工艺操作,可以得到理想的漆膜效果。
The waterborne acrylic polyurethane topcoat for bus is prepared by a crosslinking reaction of waterborne hydroxyl acrylic dispersion and the low viscosity hydrophobic isocyanate as well as hydrophilic isocyanate. The effects of the mass ratio of low viscosity hydrophobic isocyanate and the hydrophilic isocyanate, types of cosolvent, rheological additives and mole ratio of n(-NCO) :n(-OH) on the properties of coating films are studied. The results show that a coating film having good properties can be obtained by means of the optimized coating process.
