摘要
目前,协同创新已成为产业集群中企业技术创新的重要形式,然而技术创新活动前期投入大,后期产出成果不确定等,导致其面临巨大风险。如何准确度量产业集群中企业的协同创新风险,对于项目研发决策和实施中的风险控制具有十分重要的意义。鉴于此,对现有技术创新评价指标体系和度量方法进行改进,提出了一套针对产业集群企业协同创新的风险度量方法体系。首先,针对产业集群企业协同创新特点,构建风险度量指标体系;然后,将非线性规划组合赋权与物元可拓理论方法相结合,构建基于组合赋权的物元可拓模型,对产业集群协同创新风险进行建模度量;最后,运用该方法体系对大连轨道交通装备制造产业集群进行了实证研究。
Collaborate innovation has become an important form of technologiGal innovation for enterprises in the industrial clusters. However, it resulting in a huge risk due to the early stage of technology innovation activities .the late output is not determined, and so on. Therefore, how to acGurately measure the risk of cooperate innovation in industrial clusters has very important significance to the project research and development deciiion and the risk control in the implementation. In view of this, the existing technology innovation eyaluaMoii index $ystefn and measurement method is improved , and put forward a set of metliod system of collaborate innovation risk measurement for the enterprise in industrial clusters. Krstly,according to the collaborate innovation characterlgtics of the ertterpriige in indusltial clusters, construct the risk index system, through a nonlinear programming model for optimal solution method, put the combination weighting into the ex-teteional matter-element theory, construct the extensional matter-element model with combination weighting,and meas-ure the risk of collaborate innovation in industrial clusters. Finally, this method is used to make an empirical study on the rail transportation equipment manufacturing industry cluster.
