山东省猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒流行毒株GP5基因遗传变异分析 被引量:6

摘要 为了解山东省猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)流行毒株的分子特征,收集临床发病猪群肺脏样品31份,应用RT-PCR方法检测其遗传变异情况。结果表明,25份肺脏样品检测呈阳性(阳性率80.6%),分离获得16个毒株。通过对分离株GP5基因序列进行分析,表明16株PRRSV均为美洲型,分布于4个基因亚型,其中7株PRRSV与高致病性PRRSV处于同一分枝,同源性介于78.2%~99.2%,6株PRRSV与NADC30毒株处于同一分枝,同源性介于85.0%~95.8%间。因此,山东省PRRSV流行毒株呈现基因多样化,在该病防控中应加强新变异株监测,加强猪场生物安全措施与病毒净化。 The aim of this study was to understand the genetic diversity and molecular characteristics of PRRSV in swine from Shandong province. 25 positive samples were obtained from 311ung samples (posi-tive rate 80. 6%) and 16 GP5 genes were sequenced and analyzed with RT-PCR method. Comparative ge-netic analysis revealed that all 16 strains which can be divided into 4 sub-genotypes belonged to the North American genotype. Among which 7 strains belong to HP-PRRSV branch in the phylogenetic tree (homol-ogy rate 78. 2%- 99. 2%) and 6 strains were on the same branch as NADC30 strains (homology rate 85. 0%-95. 8%). The present study showed PRRSV presented genetic diversity in Shandong province and monitoring of new strains and biosafety among piggery are essential for the control of PRRS.
