Justice:The Value Orientation of Social Security System Reform

完善社会保障制度是实现社会公平正义的重要途径,也是政府关注民生的基本着力点。分析我国社会保障制度现存的问题,认为必须把正义作为社会保障制度改革的价值取向来健全我国的社会保障制度,具体措施包括:扩大社会保障制度的覆盖面,多渠道筹集社保基金,提高社保基金使用效率。

Perfecting social security system is an important way to achieve social fairness and justice, and it ’s the government＇s focus on people＇s livelihood. Analyzed the existing problems of China＇s social security system, the author thinks the justice must be regarded as the value orientation of social security system reform, so as to make the social security system reform bet-ter. Specfic measures are as follows： To expand the coverage of social security system, to raise social security funds through multi-channel, and to improve the efficiency of social security funds.
