校外实习基地建设是提高公共事业管理专业教学质量的重要环节,以辽宁省公共事业管理专业为例,从四个方面论证了校外实习基地在公共事业管理专业人才培养中的作用,详细分析了辽宁省公共事业管理专业校外实习基地建设的现状及存在的问题,并提出构建校外实习基地教学质量保障体系的对策。

The construction of off-campus practice base is an important link to improve the teaching quality of major of administration of public affairs. A case study of public affairs management in Liaoning province, this paper demonstrates the role of off -campus practice base in the cultivation of the talents of public affairs management from four aspects, analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the practice base construction of public affairs management in Liaoning province, it also puts forward the countermeasures of constructing the teaching quality assurance system of off-campus practice base.
