基于依法治国视角的高校师德法治化建设探析

An Analysis on the Legal Construction of Colleges and Universities Teachers' Morals in the View of Governing the Country by Law

党的十八届四中全会提出"依法治国"时代主题和建设社会主义法治国家战略目标,法治建设步入了不同以往的发展"新常态",这为高校师德的法治化建设创造了有利条件。当前高校师德建设现状不容乐观,认识存有偏颇,违背师德现象时常发生。高校师德法治化建设是个系统工程,需要政府、高校、教师三者协同努力,在法制建设、教育管理、个人自律等方面下功夫,共同推进高校师德法治化建设进程。

The fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee has put forward the current theme of governing the country by law and the strategic objectives of establishing the socialist rule of law in China. The legal construction has stepped into a brand-new stage of ＂ The New Normal＂ which creates many advantages for the legal construction of colleges and universities teachers爷 morals. Nowadays,the situation is not optimistic. The cognitive biases still exist in people’ s understandings, and the violation of ethics often occurs. The legal construction of college teachers＇ morals is a systematic project which needs the government, universities and teachers’ cooperative efforts. In order to push ahead the process of Legal Construction of Colleges and Universities Teachers’ Morals, we ought to devote ourselves to the construction of legal system, the education management,the self-discipline and some other aspects.
