摘要 基于BIM技术的建筑项目后期运维阶段的风险管理关乎到整个项目的长期的安全稳定,为了规避和降低运维阶段的风险,通过对建筑项目运维阶段进行分析,采用文献研读并结合专家访谈法构建基于BIM技术的建筑项目运维阶段风险清单,同时运用熵权法识别该阶段的关键风险因素,以期为建筑项目运维过程的风险管理提供参考,还可为建筑项目后期运维阶段的风险识别提供以熵权法为基础的定量分析方法。 The risk management of construction project in the late operations stages based on BIM technology is related to the long-term security and stability of the whole project. In order to avoid and reduce the risk of the operational phase, the article analyzes operational process of the construction project, uses the literature study and combines with expert interview method to construct the risk listing in the operational phase of construction projects based on BIM technology. At the same time, the entropy weight method is used to identify the key risk factors in this process provide the reference for the risk management of the operational phase of construction projects and provide the quantitative analysis method based on the entropy weight method for the risk identification of operational phase at later stages of construction project.
