To do a good job of the mechanical equipment management of engineering projects has the vital practical significance to ensure the smooth progress of construction projects. Combined with the actual needs of highway engineering project management, this paper introduces the TPM six in one management mode in mechanical equipment management, and puts forward the supporting management system and evaluation standard of mechanical equipment management efficiency to comprehensively protect the smooth process of theproject construction.
