黑龙江省高校中外合作办学的对策研究

A Study on the Countermeasures of Chinese-Foreign Cooperation in Running Universities in Heilongjiang Province

随着经济全球化的不断发展,教育的全球化也在不断进步,中外合作办学就是在教育全球化和我国加入世界贸易组织,持续深化改革开放,放开教育市场的产物。尤其是近几年来,随着国民生活水平的提高,人民群众对教育需求的越来越高,中外合作办学的规模也越来越大。通过中外合作办学,吸取了大量的先进教学办法,培养大批高素质青年人才,引进了国外优质的教育资源,促进了我国高等教育的发展。黑龙江省的高校中外合作办学最近几年也取得了很大的进步,但是仍然存在着办学方法单一,办学模式单一等问题,因此应明确办学定位,丰富办学模式,促进区域、学科专业的优化发展,进一步提升办学质量。

With the continuous development of economic globalization , the globalization of education is also progressing continuously .Sino-foreign cooperative education is the product of globalization of education and China＇s accession to the World Trade Organization , anddeepening reform and opening up and liberalizing the education market. Especially in recent years , with the improvement of national livingstandards , the people＇s demand for education is getting higher and higher, the scale of Sino-foreign cooperative education is also growing .Through the cooperation of Chinese and foreign schools , a large number of advanced teaching methods have been drawn up , and a large numbeof high-quality young talents have been cultivated , and foreign educational resources have been introduced to promote the development ohigher education in China . In Heilongjiang Province , Chinese and foreign cooperation in colleges and universities in recent years has madegreat progress , but the school-running method is still single . So , it is important to clear the position of schools , enrich the school-running model,promote regional and academic professional optimization and further improve the quality of running a school.
