预应力筋的张拉数值计算和测量是预应力结构施工质量控制的关键和重点,张拉数值计算是基础、是重中之重。张拉数值计算准确与否对预应力构件的质量和使用寿命起着决定性的作用。张拉数值计算涉及内容多、步骤复杂、难度大。以某高速公路A2标预应力钢筋混凝土箱梁顶板负弯矩预应力筋(低松弛钢绞线)的张拉数值计算为例,介绍了桥梁工程中箱梁顶板负弯矩预应力筋的张拉数值计算内容、计算方法、计算步骤、要点和注意事项。
Numerical calculation and measurement of prestressed tendon is the key point of construction quality control of prestressed structure , and tension numerical calculation is the foundation and the most important. Whether the tension numerical calculation is accurate or not plays a decisive role in the quality and service life of the prestressed component. Tensioning numerical calculation involves the content, more complicated and difficult steps . Taking the tension numerical calculation of negative prestressed tendons (low relaxation strand ) of prestressed reinforced concrete box beam on A2 highway as an example , this paper introduces the numerical calculation , calculation method , calculation steps , main points and points of attention of the tension moment of negative bending moment prestressed reinforcement of box beam roof in bridge engineering .
