摘要 建筑的性能与气候环境有着紧密的联系,不同的气候区域,其建筑的防寒采暖、遮阳隔热、采光、通风等基本功能需要根据当地的气候特点采用相应的设计。因此,一种建筑和构造形式适应所有的气候区域是不现实的。因建筑师在设计一栋建筑时需要考虑的不仅仅是其外形,更重要的是设计的建筑要符合当地的气候特点[1]。本文以BIM技术为研究对象,就其在建筑概念设计阶段中的具体应用进行了探究,利用概率、可靠度的评价分析方法,论证了其在BIM技术中运用的可行性与实用性。希望能为建筑的概念设计提供借鉴与参考。 The performance of the building and the environment are closely linked, different climate regions, the construction of the cold heating, heat insulation, lighting, ventilation and other basic functions need the corresponding design according to the local climate.Therefore, it is unrealistic to adapt to all climatic regions in one form of architecture and structure. Architects need to consider not only its shape in the design of a building, it is more important that the designs of the building need to meet the local climate characteristics. In this paper, the BIM technology acts as the research object in the architectural concept of the design stage of the specific application of the study,hoping to provide reference for the construction of the concept design.
