摘要
针对HRB400级的螺纹钢中的化学元素含量多少对其性能的影响,利用大数据分析的方法分析螺纹钢的性能指标变化。利用spss对各化学元素进行主成分分析,得到影响螺纹钢性能的主要和次要影响因素。再利用基于Matlab的多元线性回归方法分析各元素分别与螺纹钢的抗屈强度、抗拉强度、断后伸展率关系,得出各元素对螺纹钢性能的影响规律公式,为HRB400级螺纹钢调整成分比例和改善结构性能以及控制成本而减少合金材料的使用提供参考。
In view of that the chemical elements content of HRB400 deformed steel bars will impact on its performance, its performance index change is analyzed by data analysis. Principal component analysis using SPSS on various chemical elements can obtain primary and secondary factors affecting properties of deformed steel bar. Multiple linear regression analysis based on Matlab is used for analyzing the relations between all elements and performance(yield strength, tensile strength, fractured elongation), which derives formula about how each element impacts on the performance of deformed steel bars. It provides a reference for HRB400 deformed steel bars to adjust the ingredient proportions, improve structural performance, keep down costs and reduce the use of alloy materials.
