Discussion on Application Scope of BIM Foundation in Project Construction Stage

文章通过一个地铁车辆段项目施工阶段的BIM技术应用案例分析,指出施工阶段的BIM基础应用范围为图纸核查、碰撞检查、工程算量、方案优化、三维交底等五个方面,并建议施工企业在推广应用BIM技术时,应当加强基础应用,逐渐拓展应用的深度和广度。

This paper analyzes the application of BIM technology in the construction phase of a subway depot, and points out that the application scope of BIM in the construction stage includes five aspects： drawing verification, collision inspection, engineering calculation,optimization of plan and three-dimensional payment. Enterprises should strengthen the basic application and gradually expand the depth and breadth of application in the promotion and application of BIM technology.
