摘要
目前高校理论与实践的教学体系与行业需求普遍存在较大鸿沟,毕业生眼高手低、双向能力薄弱,究其原因是由于高校人才培养模式的同质化严重。本文结合高校教学成果奖和教改项目,探索并实施了创新应用"双能"型物流工程卓越人才培养模式,该人才培养模式探索物流工程专业在"双能"要求下实现卓越能力的达成,研究"赛、学、用"三位一体的教学模式,为物流工程专业"双能"人才培养和专业持续发展,以及工程能力培养平台建设,提供理论和技术支撑,推动高等学校工程教育改革。
At present, there is a large gap between the university theory and practice teaching system and industry demand generally.The graduates have low skill and weak ability in both directions. The reason is that the homogenization of talent cultivation mode is serious.This paper, combined with the teaching achievement award and teaching reform project, explores and implements the training mode of innovation and application "two-skill" type excellent logistics engineering talent. This mode explores the way to achieve the excellent ability of logistics engineering professional under the "two-skill" requirements and studies the teaching mode of "competition, learning and application" to provide theoretical and technical support for the "two-skill" type talent training, sustainable development and the construction of engineering capacity training platform, so as to the promote the engineering education reform in colleges and universities.
