Learning guidance is an important way to help college students solve their learning problems, strengthen academic planning and successfully complete university study. Through the improvement of relevant system, construction of guiding team, construction of guidance platform, construction of the atmosphere, the systematical learning guidance model is constructed, which is conducive to stimulate students’ motivation to learn, cultivate professional interests, improve the effectiveness of learning style, and promote the quality of personnel training.
