由于辅导员所带人数较多,不可能做到掌握每一个学生的思想、学习和生活状况。因此部分高校聘任专业教师担任兼职班主任与专职辅导员共同管理学生。本文分析了专业教师担任兼职班主任的一些优势与劣势,并给出了相应的解决办法。

As the counselors manage many students, it is impossible for them to master every student＇s thinking, learning and living conditions. So some colleges and universities employ professional teachers as part-time head teacher to manage students together with fulltime counselors. This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of professional teachers working as part-time head teacher, and gives the corresponding solutions.
