摘要 水闸的安全评价是消除水闸病险、恢复水闸原有设计功能的基础工作。为解决水闸安全评价存在的问题,提出了基于FMECA的水闸安全评价方法。通过分析FMECA方法的基本原理、评价目标以及水闸的特点,确定了FMECA评价目标和水闸安全评价的目标是一致的,根据FMECA的评价步骤确定了水闸的功能结构、故障模式、基本参数和风险优先数。结合实例定量分析了水闸二级系统的故障模式,得到了水闸各个安全性指标的等级和安全类别,并根据危害程度准确找出水闸存在的病险问题。实例表明:FMECA分析方法在水闸的安全评价上是适用的,基于FMECA的水闸安全评价是有效可行的。 The safety evaluation of the sluice is the basic work to eliminate the sluice danger and restore the original design function of the sluice. In order to solve the problems existing in safety evaluation of s luice,a safety evaluation method of sluice based on FMECA was pro-posed. By analyzing the basic principles of the FMECA method,the evaluation objectives and the characteristics of the sluice,it was deter-mined that the objective of FMECA evaluation and the safety evaluation of the sluice were the same. It could be determined that the function structure,failure mode,basic parameters and risk priority of the sluice according to the evaluation procedure of FMECA. Combined with the example to quantitatively analyze the failure mode of the secondary system of the s luice, it could obtain the grade and safety category of each safety index of the sluice and find out the dangerous problems of the sluice accurately according to the hazard degree. The results show that the FMECA is applicable to the safety evaluation of the sluice and the safety evaluation of the sluice based on FMECA is effective and feasible.
