基于流向跟踪法的灌溉水有效利用评价研究 被引量:6

摘要 针对引黄灌区灌溉用水有效利用的评价问题,构建出科学合理、层次清晰、覆盖全面的指标体系,是评价获得精准结果的重要前提和保障,因此提出了用水流向跟踪法,对灌溉用水有效利用影响因子进行识别。流向跟踪法就是全方位跟踪水流流向,分析哪些因素会影响灌溉用水利用效率,在关键流向环节寻找灌溉用水有效利用的主要影响因素,根据影响因素扩散到具体的影响因子,然后对识别出的影响因子进行归类、提取和筛选,对影响因素进行具体分析,构建灌溉用水有效利用评价的可选指标集和指标体系。以三义寨灌区为例,构建了包含工程、自然和管理因素3个子系统19个具体指标组成的评价指标体系,为下一步开展灌溉用水有效利用评价奠定技术基础。 Aiming at the evaluation issue of irrigation water effective utilization in Yellow River irrigation area,to build a scientific and reasonableindex system is of important premise and guarantee for evaluation to obtain accurate results. The flow-tracking method had been raised for the pur-pose of identification impact factor of irrigation water effective utilization. Flow-tracing method was comprehensive to track the flow of water,analysisof the factors which affected the irrigation water use efficiency,divergent thinking,and consequent diffusion,looking for irrigation water in the keyto effective utilization of the main influencing factors,according to the influencing factors and then spreading to the specific impact factor. As aresult,the paper had made a classification and extraction for the identified impact factors,carried out specific analysis on influence factors and thenbuilt optional index and index system of irrigation water evaluation. The paper had taken Sanyizhai irrigation area as an example,built an evaluationsystem which had 3 subsystems including engineering,nature and management factors and 19 specific indicators. The index system had laid a solidtechnical foundation for specific irrigation area to carry out the irrigation water evaluation for the next step.
