配电网综合评价指标体系构建与方法研究

Study on the Construction of Comprehensive Evaluation Index System for Power Distribution Network

随着城市电网规划理论的逐步发展,对电网的评估工作要求越来越高。以层次性、差异性、完整性、适度性、协调性为原则,综合考虑配电网的各个方面,构建了一套系统性的配电网综合评价指标体系,并给出了相应指标的评估方法。基于该指标体系下的评估,可以充分体现电网的整体状态,找出电网的薄弱环节,从而有效地制定电网规划方案。

With the theory of urban distribution planning getting mature, the requirement on power grid evaluation gets increasingly higher. Considering all aspects of the distribution network and based on the level, diversity, integrity, suitability and coordination for the principle, this article builds a set of systematic power distribution network comprehensive evaluation index system, and the corresponding index evaluation method is given. Based on the index system of evaluation, the overall state of power grid can be fully embodied, and the weak link in the grid can be found out, thus effectively formulating the power distribution network planning.
