摘要
针对供配电系统中安装的并联无功补偿装置节约电力电量验证方法匮乏这一问题,提出了两种并联无功补偿装置投运后节约电力电量的验证方法:无功经济当量计算节约电力电量验证法和功率因数计算节约电力电量验证法。当并联无功补偿装置投运前后功率因数不宜测量时,可采用无功经济当量计算法对其节约的电力电量进行验证;当并联无功补偿装置投运前后功率因数可以测量时,可采用功率因数计算法对其节约的电力电量进行验证。本文还依据实例对采用功率因数计算并联无功补偿装置节约电力电量的验证方法进行了不确定度评定,评定结果表明所提出验证方法的准确度和置信水平合理、可靠。
In order to solve the problem of lack of verification method of energy savings for parallel reactive power compensation device installed in power supply and distribution system, two verification methods of energy savings for parallel reactive power compensation are proposed in this paper : the reactive power economic equivalent calculation method and the power factor calculation method for energy saving verification. When the power factor of parallel reactive power compensation devices is not easy to be measured before and after operation, the reactive power economic equivalent calculation method can be used for the verification of energy saving. When the power factor of parallel reactive power compensation devices is easy to be measured before and after operation, the power factor calculation method can be used for the verification of energy saving. Based on the test examples, the uncertainty evaluation of power factor calculation verification method for parallel reactive power compensation is carried out in this paper. The evaluation results illustrate that the accuracy and confidence level of the proposed method are reasonable and reliable.
