摘要 本文通过盐雾腐蚀试验和电化学腐蚀试验,开展了NiTi记忆合金垫片的耐蚀性研究。研究表明NiTi记忆合金垫片在3.5%NaCl溶液中具有很高的电化学阻抗值、较高的自腐蚀电位、很小的自腐蚀电流、较高的点蚀电位,抗腐蚀性能优于普通弹性垫片;耐盐雾腐蚀性能优良。 This paper conducted the research of the corrosion resistance of NiTi shape memory alloys in the air through salt spray tests and electrochemical corrosion tests. Studies showed that the NiTi shape memory alloys possesse a very high value of electrochemical impedance, a higher corrosion potential, a smaller corrosion cur rent , and a higher pitting potential in 3. 5% NaCl solution. In addition, its corrosion resistance is better than ordinary galvanized gasket. And the NiTi shape memory alloys showed a good corrosion resistance during salt spray test.
