摘要
变电站的一些高压设备由于其位置、角度等原因,巡检人员难以看到设备安全状况,设备的安全运行存在安全隐患。经过研究、实验为现场巡检人员提供一种电力设备带电运行状态下开展全视角、近距离设备隐患排查的巡检装置。该巡检装置使用绝缘材料制作,具备遥控气动升降功能,能采集全视角设备影像并以无线方式将影像于手持智能终端上再现,完成目前常规方法所无法完成的高压设备全视角、全方位在线巡检。
The inspection personnel are difficult to see the safety status because of the position and angle of some high-voltage equipments in substation. And the potential safety hazards will bring a great threat to the safe operation of equipment. After the study and experiment the author proposed an inspection device which can carry out full-angle and close-range inspection for protential defects for operating equipment. The inspection device is made of insulating material equipped with remote control pneumatic lifting. It can capture the image of full angle and wirelessly transmit images to hand-held intelligent terminal, helping to inspect the high-voltage equipment with the full-angle and close-range view, which cannot be completed by the conventional method.
