摘要
近年来随着留学生数量的增加,极大地促进了中国的留学机构的发展,特别是随着互联网技术的广泛应用,中国已是世界上最关键的出国学生来源地方。留学生数量增多,伴随着大量的留学企业数目也越来越多但质量却参差不齐,为获取更多的生源,留学机构想出新的策略,整合新的方案迎接留学市场给予的新挑战,行业竞争日趋激烈。所以繁荣的市场需要更加有序的社会治理,一方面我们需要政府的强有力的监督,教育督导部门借鉴国外的教育管理网络,推行《示范文本》等手段来规范留学机构的行为,营造行业自律的新环境,同时要加大大众媒体的监督和传播的力度等提议使留学中介监管体制更为完善,也净化市场环境,让留学机构步入法制轨道,更好的为留学者办事;另一方面需要更成熟的市场即品牌竞争。通过对国内十强留学机构分析研究发现,留学机构的品牌化建设的重点应该是以下四方面:组织建设的规范化;提高专业能力;加强监理服务;提高品牌信誉。
In recent years,with the increase of the number of students,greatly promote the development of China's agents,especially with the wide application of Internet technology,China is the world's most critical source of overseas students. Number of students increased, accompanied by a large number of study abroad enterprises is also more and more but quality is uneven, to get more students to study abroad institutions to come up with new strategies, integrate the new solutions to meet study abroad market to give a new challenge,the increasingly fierce competition in the industry.So prosperous market need to be more orderly social governance,on the one hand,we need a powerful government supervis ion,draw lessons from foreign education supervis ion department in the network education management, carry out demonstrative text and other means to regulate the behavior of the agents, build self-discipline of the new environment,at the same time to strengthen the supervision of the mass media and the spread of the proposal to make agents such as regulatory system more perf ect,purify the market environment, also let agents into the orbit of legal system, better work for LiuXueZhe;On the other hand need to be more mature market the brand competition.By analyzing the top ten domestic agents study found that the focus of the agents of the brand construction should be the following four aspects: the standardization of organization construction; Improve their professional ability; Strengthen the supervision of service; Improve the brand reputation.
