摘要
在板坯断裂处取样进行低倍、断口及夹杂物检测,结果表明:钢中氢含量较高、板坯内部中间裂纹以及大型夹杂物的存在是造成板坯断裂的主要原因。通过相关生产工艺措施的优化,改善了板坯内部质量,未再出现断裂现象。
Macrostructure,fracture and inclusion are detected on the samples taken from the rupture portion of continuously cast slab. The results show that higher hydrogen content in steel,center cracks and large inclusions existed inside the slab are the major causes of slab rupture. Relevant process optimization measures improves the slab sound-ness and no rupture happens again on slab.
