全膝关节置换与单髁置换治疗单间室膝关节骨性关节炎对比研究 被引量：12

摘要 目的对比分析全膝关节置换(TKA)与单髁置换(UKA)治疗单间室膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)的疗效。方法选择我院于2013年12月至2015年6月期间收治的86例单间室膝关节骨性关节炎患者为观察对象,按照随机数表法将所有患者分为观察组和对照组,各43例。对照组患者行TKA术,观察组患者行UKA术。比较两组患者的临床情况、膝关节屈曲度及HSS评分。结果与对照组相比,观察组术中出血量较少,术后膝关节主动屈曲至90°时间较短,差异显著(P<0.05);两组HSS评分相比无明显差异(P>0.05),但观察组膝关节屈曲度大于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论全膝关节置换与单髁置换治疗单间室膝关节骨性关节炎均具有较好的治疗效果,但UKA术创伤小,术中出血量少,更加有助于患者术后功能恢复。
