全程精细化营养管理方案对降低食管癌术后并发症的临床研究(约稿) 被引量:9

摘要 目的:探讨全程精细化营养管理方案对食管癌患者术后并发症的影响。方法:对择期行食管癌根治手术的患者,随机分为干预组和对照组。干预组患者从入院至出院实施全程精细化营养管理方案,即:营养风险筛查、制定并实施个体化营养干预计划、质量控制。对照组接受常规治疗与护理。比较两组患者术后营养指标、平均住院天数及术后并发症的发生率。结果:干预后(术前、术后1周、术后2周)干预组各项营养指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)肺部感染发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);术后平均住院日短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 :实施全程精细化营养管理方案对明显改善患者围手术期的营养状态,减少术后并发症,降低手术风险,具有重要临床意义。 Objective To evaluate the effects of perioperative precision nutrition treatment on controlling the postoperative complications of esophageal cancer. Methods: The patients who received the radical resection of esophageal cancer were divided into two groups. The patients in experimental group were undergoing the perioperative precision nutrition treatment including nutrition risk screening, personalized nutrition support programs and quality control, while the patients in other group were given convention nursing. The nutrition indexs, average hospitalization days and postoperative complications were analyzed between two groups. Results: The nutritive indexes in experimental group were superior to that of control group at 1 week, 2 weeks after operation (P〈0.05). And there were a lower incidence of pulmonary infection and shorter hospitalization days in experimental group (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The perioperative precision nutrition treatment could improve the nutrition condition of patients with esophageal cancer, decrease the postoperative complications and reduce the operative risk.
