百色烟区烟农专业合作社建设的探索与思考

Exploration and Thought about the Construction of Tobacco Farmer Cooperative in Baise Tobacco Area

在对广西百色烟区烟农合作社调研的基础上,分析了当地烟农合作社的建设现状。以德保金民烤烟农民专业合作社的发展为例,总结了其发展模式、取得的成效和存在的问题,并提出了百色烟区烟农合作社建设的发展思路,即明确各烟叶产区烟农合作社的建设模式、重点推进烟农合作社建设的几项重点工作、积极探索"党支部+合作社+农户"新模式建设、认真解决烟农合作社建设中的难点问题。

The current situation of the construction of farmer cooperatives was analyzed based on the survey on the tobacco farmer cooperatives in Baise tobacco area. The development pattern, achieved results and problems of Debao Jinmin tobacco farmer cooperative were summarized systematically. A set of measures were thus put forward,such as the development ideas and construction modes about the tobacco farmer cooperatives construction in Baise, promoting the key works of farmers co-operative construction, actively exploring the new mode of ＂ Party branch ＋ cooperative ＋ farmer＂ construction, and sol-ving difficult problems in the construction of tobacco farmers, cooperatives.
