摘要
为提高螺栓联接可靠性,以城轨车辆装配过程中大量使用的普通螺栓M6×20为研究对象,以紧固方式、扳手角度和垫片材质为影响因素,以失效力矩为试验指标,进行单因素及多因素正交试验.通过对试验结果的方差分析,得到各因素的影响程度、主次顺序和优先组合,为城轨车辆的螺栓联接装配工艺提供一定的参考.
To improve the reliability of bolt connection, common bolts (M6 × 20) which are widely used in assembly of urban rail vehicles, are used as research objects. Single-factor and multi-factor orthogonal experiments are carried out by taking tightening manner, spanner angle and gasket material as contributing factors, and failure torque as experiment index. Through variance analysis of the experiment results, the degrees, primary-secondary sequence, and priority combination of those factors are obtained, which sheds light on certain testing supports for bolt assembly process of urban rail vehicles.
