摘要
以重庆市某大型油库为工程实例,结合CASST-QRA V2.0重大危险源区域定量风险评价软件,对储油区可能发生的事故类型、影响范围和后果严重程度进行模拟和分析,量化危险源对周边环境造成的事故影响的风险可接受程度,对所采取安全措施的有效性进行判定。
Taking a large oil depot in Chongqing as an engineering example,this paper carries on simulation and analysis of oil storage area accident type,extent and consequences of the severity with the help of CASST-QRA v2.0 quantitative risk assessment software to quantify the impact of the hazard installation on the surrounding environment and to determine the effectiveness of the safety measures taken.
