摘要
针对特高压工程参建施工单位多,在安全投入中互相推诿的问题,运用博弈论纳什均衡的分析方法,通过分析工程项目施工方之间安全投入博弈模型,结合现场实际,从经济学角度阐述了项目法人和建设管理单位应如何保障施工单位在特高压工程建设中足额投入安全生产费用。
This paper concentrates on buck-passing responsibility of construction contractors in safety input, when severalconstruction contractors participate in the same UHV project. By using the Nash equilibrium theory, it analyzes game model ofthe safety construction input for the contractors in the construction project. And in the view of economic, it introduces how theproject entity and the project management ensure sufficient safety construction input of the construction contractors, with thepractice in the UHV project construction.
