换流站综合楼铝合金外窗安装防渗漏控制措施探讨

摘要 铝合金外窗渗漏问题是当今建筑工程中常见的质量通病,外窗的渗漏,会引起外墙、内墙的破坏,对建筑物的气密性、防寒、隔声性能产生影响。本文以湘潭±800kV换流站工程综合楼铝合金外窗安装为背景,对外窗安装常出现或容易出现的质量问题部位、原因进行了分析,针对出现的质量问题,从施工准备、施工过程及施工完成等阶段提出了管控措施,有助于提高后续特高压换流站外窗防渗漏质量。 Aluminum alloy window leakage is a common quality problem in construction project. Leakage of windows can causedamage of outer wall and inner wall, and it can also influence air tightness, cold protection and sound insulation pe^ormance.Based on the aluminum alloy windows installation in comprehensive building of ±800kV Xiangtan converter station project, thispaper analyzes the causes for installation quality problem. Aiming at the quality problems, it concludes some control measures inthe construction preparation, construction process and construction completion stage to help improving the subsequent UHVconverter station external window leakage quality.
