摘要
韶山换流站高端防火墙墙体高度高、纵横向墙体长度长、异形截面多、工期紧张。本文针对韶山换流站极Ⅰ高防火墙主体施工进度与质量目标,提出了优化防火墙表面感观质量的方案;同时,为确保主体混凝土结构施工方案的顺利实施,对防火墙清水混凝土模板的使用和施工工艺进行了反复研究与试验,为防火墙主体清水混凝土的顺利实施提供了必不可少的宝贵经验。
According to construction progress and quality target of fire wall in Shaoshan converter station, this paper putsforward the optimization scheme of firewall surface quality. To ensure the trouble-free implementation of the main constructionscheme, research on construction technology of concrete template firewall is done repeatedly. It can provide references for thetrouble-free implementation of the main firewall fair-faced concrete.
